Primary Responsibilities:
-Perform systems and network information analysis of data loss prevention incidents to the network infrastructure, datacenter servers, workstations, and more in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.
-Ensure protection of networks, systems and applications by enforcement of DLP security policy and through use of systematic DLP event analysis.
-Monitor DLP information security alerts though the use of available DLP tools to respond, triage, and escalate as needed. Alerts include data in motion and data at rest events captured by the DLP monitoring tools, including Vontu and McAfee HDLP.
-Analyze event/alert patterns to properly interpret and prioritize threats through the use of available DLP tools and other data protection devices
-This position is Mon-Fri standard business hours for the regional office where the position is located.

Secondary Responsibilities:
-Identify trends and work with second level, the GSESSE and GDLP groups to provide feedback on possible improvements and refinements to existing DLP detection policies.
-Proficient in the analysis of network activity and file content captured by the DLP detection tools.
-Work on projects that further the work in the DLP, IDS/IPS, Security Information and Event Management, and Database activity monitoring spaces specifically focusing on reporting, workflow, change/Incident/problem management.
-Interface with clients in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into functional workflows. This includes working closely with second level groups to improve the efficiency of daily tasks, monitoring, and processes with innovative ideas.
-Provide technical advice and input for the support of integrated security systems and solutions.
-Ability to mentor Jr. Analysts with less experience to improve the strength and posture of the Global Security Operations group.

Qualifications
-1-2+ years work experience on a Security Technical Services/Support Operations team preferred. DLP Information Security related monitoring experience strongly desired.
-Candidate must possess strong analytical skills to identify complex security issues and respond at the same level with a technical understanding of when to escalate impacting security events.
-Experience operating and administrating Security Information and Event Management platforms and/or Intrusion Detection/Prevention platforms.
-Possess functional knowledge and administrative experience on, Windows and UNIX Platforms
-Prior experience with mid-range and mainframe operating environments - Tandem, MVS, TPF, OS-400 preferred but not required.
-Strong working knowledge of IP network designs and security fundamentals, including FWs, Routers and ACLs.
-The candidate should have an in-depth understanding of security policies and best practice standards.
- Ability to convey security concepts related to network, application, and systems - to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-The candidate should possess the ability to perform in depth analysis of DLP alerts to determine risk to the systems and ability to validate false positives based on event context and violation relevance.
-Awareness of PCI/CISP programs, Security and Operations framework certification preferred.
-Advanced degree, continuing education, certification (e.g. CISSP, BS degree in CS or a related field) with related experience a plus, though not required
-Must possess requisite oral communication and writing skills

Position Summary
The Sr. Business Leader, Organization & Talent Development is responsible for the management and implementation of key human capital processes for a function or group of functions across Asia Pacific, Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (APCEMEA) region.

Responsibilities
- Working in tandem with the appropriate HR Business Partners and leading the annual Organization & Talent Development process ensuring alignment with the overall function’s strategy and priorities within the APCEMEA business functions
- Driving critical succession planning through internal and external pipeline development and creation
- Managing the identification and proactive management of Key Talent for the relevant function or group of functions

Qualifications
